Term & Condition
1. Please place an order or send a message during the shop's operating hours.
2. If within 1x24 hours, your order or message has not been answered, you can contact us again.
3. Make sure the name, address, product code and size are correct.
4. Also, make sure you have read the color choices available on each product because each product has a different color variant.
Refund :
1. If you want to return a product, feel free to reach out to our customer care in Instagram or just click refund in shopee and tokopedia.
2. Fill in the form with details and include a photo of the product.
3. A return can be requested in case of the following situations :
Item was damaged or defectiveWrong item was sent by the sellerWrong size/specifications
After checking your request, we will refund your order within 7-14 working days.
Because all products are checked, product can not be refund after the policy period. Please do the return steps properly and completely. Don't hesitate to ask our customer service if you have anything to ask.
Customer Journey
1. Customers place orders through shopee, tokopedia or DM (Instagram)
2. The customer pays for the total purchase
3. We will confirm their order at shop opening hours
4. Their order will be made in 3-7 days
5. Their orders will be sent via a Delivery Service (Each delivery service has a different estimated arrival)
6. Customers can complain if there is damage to the product within 3 days with the provisions in the 'Goods Return Policies'.
*Some designs only have 1 color choice, so don't forget to check the available color for each product.
